BotGo Credits are virtual currency for paying for BotGo AI services like image/video generation, AI models, and other premium features, with usage depending on what you choose and how complex the task is.

For model-based generation, credits are determined by your settings, including AI model type, image size and quality, desired style and detail, and any advanced parameters enabled.

For agent-based generation, credit consumption varies based on the tool or model selected and the level of detail in your request.

In general, more complex tasks and more sophisticated settings require more credits.

You can buy credits anytime, or earn them through rewards and special offers. Credits are not cash and can't be withdrawn.

We reserve the right to update credit costs at any time, without prior notice.

Monthly Subscription Credits: Credits from your monthly subscription are valid for the duration of your current billing cycle and will automatically reset on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Annual Subscription Credits: Credits for annual subscriptions are distributed on a monthly basis. Each month's credits are valid only within that month's cycle and will automatically reset at the start of the next monthly cycle. Unused credits from the previous month will not carry over.

Bonus Credits: Earned through sign-up bonuses, daily check-ins like daily free credits, referrals, etc. The validity period is subject to specific instructions or rules.

Credit Packs Credits: Bought through credit packs, these credits never expire and will remain in your account until used.

Daily Free Credits are a type of Bonus Credits, which are daily refreshed credits awarded by BotGo.

New users can claim the reward upon registration, and existing users can claim it upon login.

It is primarily used to motivate BotGo users to create.

Fair Use: This feature is designed for personal, human use only - automation tools, credential sharing, or reselling access are strictly prohibited.

Account Review: If unusual activity is detected, Daily Free Credits may be temporarily adjusted or paused for manual review by our Support Team and restored once normal usage is confirmed.

Cross-Tier Upgrade: Lower-tier Plan → Higher-tier Plan

• Hover over your profile avatar and choose Upgrade.
• Membership Validity: Your new membership starts tracking from the very day of your successful upgrade.
• Your Credits: Any unused credits from your current plan will be automatically applied to the new subscription, and all credit expiration dates will be recalculated based on the new plan’s validity period.

Same-Tier Upgrade : Monthly → Annual

Canceling:

Go to Account → Manage Subscription. Click Cancel on the active plan and confirm.

Resuming:

Go to Account → Manage Subscription. Click Resume Subscription on the active plan and confirm.

Tips:

If the upgrade option is unavailable, or you change your payment method during the upgrade process, or any other issues, you may purchase the higher-tier plan first. After the purchase is successful, please contact [email protected] to process the remaining benefits of your previous plan.

If you need additional credits, you can upgrade your plan to increase your monthly limit or purchase credit packs to generate more content without changing your current subscription. Purchased credits are added instantly and can be used across all supported models.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle to maintain continuous access. You may cancel at any time in your account settings, and your plan will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Credit Mode:

In Credit Mode, each generation consumes credits from your balance. These credits types include:

• Subscription Credits
• Bonus Credits
• Credit Packs Credits

BotGo AI generator uses Credit Mode by default, or you can turn it on manually in the generator panel.

In Credit Mode, requests are sent directly to the provider without waiting in a queue and enjoy the fastest generation speeds.

Unlimited Mode:

Unlimited Mode is available exclusively to subscribers of specific plans, allowing for unlimited relax generations without consuming your fast credits. In this mode, your requests are placed in a queue and processed as system GPU resources become available.

Consequently, wait times are typically longer than in Credit Mode. Your specific wait time depends on your usage frequency relative to other users — those who use unlimited mode less frequently will generally experience shorter wait times.

You can turn off Unlimited Mode in the AI Generator panel at any time to switch back to Credit Mode for immediate results. Simply switch to Credit Mode to bypass the queue and return to maximum speed instantly.

Please note that queue priority varies by tier: Plus, Pro, Max and Ultra users are assigned to different waiting queues.

This feature is for personal use only. Cheating, account sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited. Access may be temporarily suspended if any abnormal activity is detected and restored once normal usage is confirmed.

You can use the service as much as you like with Unlimited Mode switched on. Use Credit Mode for High-Speed generation to skip the queue. However, we still have an anti-cheating system in place to prevent abuse or malicious activity in extreme cases.

The Specific Meaning of "Unlimited"

When you create using models marked with the "Unlimited" label:

• The generation will not deduct available compute credits from your account.
• There is no fixed upper limit on your total number of generations during the active period.
• Unlimited rights apply only to specific models and parameters (resolution/duration, etc.) explicitly supported in your subscription plan.

Active Period of Unlimited Mode Rights

Unlimited mode rights generally fall into the following two categories, with specific durations clearly displayed on the pricing page:

• Annual Unlimited (365 Days): Starting from the date of purchase, you will receive unlimited generation rights for designated models for 365 days. If the model receives an official upgrade during your rights period, your unlimited access may automatically extend to the new version (subject to specific campaign rules).
• Term-based Unlimited (N Days): You will receive unlimited usage rights for a specific number of days (e.g., 10 days or 14 days, as detailed on the pricing page or model label). The rights will automatically expire at the end of the term.

Subscription Dependency Notice: Unlimited mode rights are dependent on your active subscription status. If your subscription is terminated, not renewed, or downgraded to a plan that does not include Unlimited rights, your unlimited mode will be terminated immediately, even if the specified unlimited days have not yet been reached.

Fair Use and Performance

To ensure a stable and fair user experience for all BotGo creators, the use of Unlimited Mode is subject to dynamic speed and parallel limits. Generation tasks for Unlimited models run in a dedicated processing queue.

During peak system demand periods:

• Generation and rendering speeds may fluctuate.
• The system may trigger additional parallel task limits.
• Unlimited rights guarantee your "eligibility to generate," but do not absolutely guarantee ultra-fast processing times. We will make dynamic adjustments based on the platform's overall compute load.
• Using Credit Mode to generate videos / images increases the priority of your subsequent Unlimited video / image tasks. Generating videos / images exclusively in Unlimited Mode may lower the priority of your Unlimited tasks and result in longer queue times.

Pro Tip: If you are working on time-sensitive professional projects and require the highest generation speed, we recommend switching to the Credit Mode to use BotGo's fastest generation channels.

Task Parallelism

• "Unlimited" does not mean you can run an unlimited number of generation tasks simultaneously.
• Every subscription plan has explicit parallel limits. Higher-tier professional plans allow you to run more generation tasks in parallel.
• This parallel limit applies at all times, regardless of whether you are in Unlimited mode.

Responsible Use Guidelines

BotGo is designed for the productivity workflows of creators and professional users.

• The use of automated scripts, malicious scraping, reselling of compute power, or account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• BotGo will periodically review usage patterns (including usage under Unlimited mode) to ensure compliance with our fair use policy.
• If BotGo determines that usage behavior exhibits abuse or violation tendencies, it reserves the right to unilaterally limit, suspend, or permanently terminate the account's access rights.

Your credits balance are always visible next to your avatar. For full usage details, open Account Settings → Usage.

For your purchased subscription benefits details, open Account Settings → Billing.

Any additional benefits from a campaign will apply immediately once you activate a subscription during the campaign period. However, if your subscription expires, these benefits will no longer apply to your account.

If you reactivate your subscription during the campaign, you may resume the benefits for the remainder of your original subscription period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, as well as Alipay for users in supported regions. Enterprise customers can also arrange payment via invoice. All transactions are securely processed with industry-standard encryption.

You can request a refund for subscription credits within 3 days of your first purchase as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. Credit packs credits are not refundable but won't expire. For full details, please check our Refund Policy.
